I am a Shantaram nerd so obviously had to come to Leopold. The atmosphere in the evening is very homey and buzzing, really great place to go for drinks. The decor is cool too, and it is interesting to see the bullet holes as a reminder of the attempted attacks in the cafe. I also went in the morning first... More

It was nice to go to Leopold's - the location of many scenes in books and films we read and watch. You feel at home and the food is very good. We had local food but if you're not up to it you have many other options.

The Leopold Cafe is world class, both from its excellent reputation and good food. We had a chicken dish and their famous club sandwich. Both were delicious. Although the restaurant is generally very busy, the service was first class. Highly recommended for their meals and drinks.

We fancied a bite to eat so went here as it was right behind our hotel. We ended up sharing a table and had a fun evening in this vibrant and cool venue. The drinks we great and we ordered dhal which was hot and tasty and well presented. Would recommend to others either for food or just drinks

We went as a group of parents and a few kids... The kind who make lots of noise.. the place was full.. the service was prompt . Food was great... The best part was each member of the gang , be it a vegetarian or a non vegetarian young or old.. had had exactly what they loved... Yum

After reading the book Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts this is a must to visit. The cafe is quite famous internationally. Try the beer in a 2 litre chilled device. And the food is very good. A jewel in the middle of Colaba.

Food was good as expected as I'd been previous years. What let the cafe down this year was the service. Long wait times to be acknowledged and drinks served after the food, even then we had to remind them. Probably wont go back.

I wanted a Western Fish Restaurant. I stumbled on Leopold. This is an Indian restaurant with a packed local crowd. Everyone I spoke to loved Leopold. And I can see why. The friendly waiter helped me order a only slightly spicy fish dish that was superb. Their resets, pies and cakes are unbelievably good. Don't miss this place if you... More
