After a long meeting getting over at 2:30 pm, we picked this place for lunch. Couldn't wait much so ordered missal-paav followed by paneer-tikka Masada veg mix and dal fry. The service was quick and the taste was GREAT. Not a very cool ambience but pretty functional. If you are around BKC (G Block or so.. ) you must surely... More

Place is just an eating joint. Seating is not comfortable (Plastic chairs) but the restaurant is pretty busy. Waiting time would generally not exceed 10 mins. Prices are average to cheap.

Amey Veg Restaurant is a authentic Maharashtrian cuisine serving restaurant in Bandra East opp. to MIG club. Love to eat Kothimbir Wadi, Aluu Wadi & Modak. Rice items are very testy. Service staff is quick & humble.

If you are near MIG club or Kalanagar area and looking for a decent value for money place for Maharastrian food, this is the place. Ameya serves a breakfast to dinner menu of all well known Marathi food - kothimbir wadi, sabudana wada, batata wada, bharli Wangi and Kharwas too .. Just HOG :-)

On a day trip to Mumbai, quick halt for breakfast after heading out from the Airport, we discovered Amey. Ordinary seating but an elaborate menu. In a mood to try local fare and based on a quick scan of review sites, we ordered the Kothimbir Wadi and Misal Pao, besides some South India snacks (Uthapam and Masala Dosa). The Wadi... More

The menu has no certain speciality for Maharashtrian Dishes. For main course they have only pithle(not any extra ordinary taste), vangyache bharit ( which has punjabi flavour though it is a Maharashtrian dish) & bharali vangi ( which burn your taste buds with extra spices). we ordered ukadiche modak. which had salty, thick cover. Coconut stuffing was dry & less... More
