Awful service.... i ordered English Breakfast tea and recieve Americano. I should have checked the bill. Then chocolate cookie and Banane cake never came. I complained and staff was packing it for a take away when I was waiting for it at my table. Again...it didn t come when they promised to bring it to my table...after a 2nd complaint it finally came. No further comment required...More
The name doesn't match the service... The couches were dirty, merchandise are not cleaned and the drinks I ordered was not made properly. I ordered a Iced caramel macchiato which only tasted of milk they did got it changed but still no change in the...taste. The Nitro cold brew was served at room temperature, I had to ask for ice, which hampers the experience.More

The other, older, starbucks cafe’s are doing waayy better than this one. Owing to it’s brand image, “Starbucks Reserve” was supposed to be a notch above than the rest. It plainly disappoints everyone. Very poor crowd/space management, inexperienced staff , name calling is at it’s...worst, names are called and drinks set aside - and then no follow up thereafer. A team member is stationed right next to the door to parrot out “welcome” and “bye bye” Its almost humiliating. I went there and got myself my usual drink, and a merchandise - but quite honestly, this outlet’s got to do a loootttt of work to be even called a reserve.More
So disappointed by the new set up. Used to be a friendly, warm and unique place. It became a cold, distant and flavouless place. Only good point: a nice fresco. Not enough to make me appreciating the new look & feel.
I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino and I always customize with my favorable results as I go almost everyday to Starbucks.. They made my drink perfect so did they make my day perfect and happy so I decided to give all the Barista's cookies that...I made and I really appreciate them for being kind towards me 💜More
Good place but....howbis it possible in India not to be able to provide English breakfast tea or black tea? I ordered it and at the time of getting it "so sorry sur we have inly green tea! Not great

I have always felt happy and content after having this drink. It is a pretty filling drink and can absolutely be equal to one heavy meal. A normal and good restaurant of the well known STARBUCKS chain. Love the coffee and the food. But in comparison to January 2019 the a access to the WLAN is practically impossible. You need to have a “10 digits number”. That means: an Indian one....The typically Indian “solution”: an employee gives you his number, you get the code via his number... and it might happen, that you are online. VERY BAD and unfriendly to foreigners. It this the new India?More
