Value for money - No, Pricey food with claim to be authentic. However may be we expected too much out of our dining experience, we really did not quite enjoyed the evening. The food served is good quality but caters mainly to Indian taste buds and not totally authentic as in Chinese. They have an exhaustive menu but pricey. Worth... More

I have been to Royal China several times and i must say they have managed to maintain a very high standard. Fantastic Chinese food. The dimsums are probably the best in the city. It is a must visit for anyone who wants high quality Chinese food in Mumbai.

We had a very good experience in the Royal China. We had been living on curry and need a change of taste and we started with very good dim sum, light and freshly cooked, excellent Peking duck with all the trimmings was as it shroud be, ribs and chicken with cashews topped the meal. I agree that it is not cheap,... More

Top of the range Award winning Chinese Restaurant located in the Fort area. Valet parking available. Dumplings, Sui Mai Chicken Buns, enticing sea food great wines and top notch alcohol. Aromatic Duck with pancakes is my favourite along with Chilian Sea Bass.

After 15 days in India we were beginning to develop symptoms of curry overload and a Chinese meal seemed a great alternative. Now the problem with many foreign cuisines operating in India is that they, not unreasonably, tend to "Indianize" the food so it all ends up tasting of curry spices. We explained our dilemma to our hotel concierge who... More

I went to Royal China today. The food was nothing exceptional, service ordinary and surprisingly a 10%service charge was levied. On ordering one jasmine tea, we were served in a pot and were charged for three jasmine teas at ₹70+taxes. Check your bills before paying or you are sure to be royally ripped off. A Chinese meal in a 5... More

We were invited to dinner at the "Royal China" Turner Road, Bandra, by a dear friend who was celebrating her 77th. birthday. We were a little early and reached before our host arrived. The staff were very kind and showed us to the reserved table. This table was almost in the passage, so we requested a change and the they... More
