Bright, colorful location that offers good view of Church Street for people watching while you eat. We had the seared tuna, firecracker shrimp and five spice duck tacos along with a bowl of spicy red curry coconut chicken bowl. Very fresh, lively flavors. Will have to return until every item has been tasted. Cannot wait!

Eclectic menu at a great price. We hit the $2 taco special on Thursday. Try the sweet habanero coconut chicken and the firecracker flounder tacos. If you're lucky you might get there when they have lotus flower root fries. These look like a small waffle fry and they have been battered with a mildly spicy tempura and lightly fried ...very... Everything here has been terrific. My favorite, Oyster tacos. Fried oysters on beets lightly sauced. Just ask what's great tonight and you will be impressed. The servers wont disappoint. Oh, if you miss a daily cocktail at the bar out front you should just walk into traffic because you're a dope. Seriously, take time here. Have a cocktail before you... More

This is a neat, laid back establishment, tucked into an alley-way. The tacos (and cold beer!) is all I've ever had and I've never been disappointed. Tuesdays is $2.00 night, but even full price is a bargain. Fish/Shrimp tacos always good, but I've had an eggplant taco that was great.

We love this place... It is so out of the ordinary and an absolute culinary experience. Every item we have ordered has the most amazing flavor - Worst part is having to decide what to have because I would love to have one of everything. My current favorites are the hot edamame soup and the shrimp taco!

On the advice of a local resident, we visited Dragonfly Foodbar for dinner. The restaurant has an unusual mix of Mexican and Asian food. Our table selected blue crab corn fritters, a fire cracker shrimp bowl, seared salmon tacos and firecracker shrimp tacos. All of our choices were excellent. Although we enjoy spicy food, be aware that the "firecracker "... More

Friday afternoon and pretty nice sized crowd at Dragonfly. My wife and I were seated promptly and drink orders taken. Good selection of bottle and can beer -- no draught though. We each had a small, yet tasty taco and split a salad (nice portion even when divided in two). Savannah was very attentive and we would definitely return for... More

While antique hunting in Fairhope, my friends and I went to Dragonfly on the recommendation of a local. It was a little tricky for us to find being unfamiliar with the town. Two of us ordered grouper on heirloom tomatoes. We received a plate with sliced tomatoes, arugula, bacon dressing and 3-4 tidbits of grouper. Don't get me wrong; the... More

We were seated st 5:15pm. Our group of 6 ordered appetizers and entrees. At 6:30, we still had not received our entrees. Three tables had been seated (after us) and served while we waited. At 7, we confronted the waiter for a 3rd time and asked for the manager who never came. Must be amazing tacos if they take almost... More
