We enjoyed a nice meal with family and were served by friendly folks. All were very welcoming and seemed to value us as customers. Food as good as you always expect from The Barrel.

Grabbed a brunch-time meal for a business meeting. The service was great, they happily seated us in a quiet corner and we weren't rushed out when we were finished eating.
This Cracker Barrel, like many, has extremely poor and grumpy servers. We took our family for a holiday breakfast and left wishing we had never gone. It started when we were called to be seated. The hostess took us to our table and the server told the hostess not in her section. So we waited longer. Then when we were... More
Cracker Barrel is usually a good place for a hearty breakfast or country dinner. When we were at this restaurant, it seemed rather disorganized. Lots of dirty tables, and had a hard time getting drink refills. Food was fine.
This is a rather good chain for the strata it serves. You can usually depend on good service and solid basic food. The Huntsville store lately has been the exception. The last couple of times we have visited were disasters. They don 't seem to have enough help. Even Though there was a line for reservations, the staff member at... More
Once again CBRL dissapoints with their ridiculous water downed coffee. If it weren't for family I'd be at Waffle House getting a decent cup of coffee. Not great just decent. CBRL if you are reading this offer tour customers an alternative to this brown water you are calling coffee !!!
On our trip to North Carolina to return our grandchildren to their parents we stopped for dinner at the Cracker Barrel east of Knoxville, TN. They are one of our favorites and can always be depended on for a reasonable and good meal for adults and children. Our server, Sarah was both pleasant and efficient. A favorite for the kids... More
Normally we have a wonderful dependable experience while eating here, but for some reason getting a to go order only we were forgotten and ended up with a much longer wait than normal. I assume this was just a hiccup on what normally is a very week trained and managed restaurant
This was a pick up order. We tried to call several times but no one answered the phone. Drove over and gave order at front. I was given the wrong vegetable but it was still good. My daughters order included steamed vegetables but the veggies were actually still raw. Overall as usual a great go to for a full meal... More
This place is incredibly loud and not exactly my idea of having a quite breakfast with family. The food however was excellent. Cracker Barrel should really consider installing noise reducing materials into their ceilings and walls. This is not the first time we ran into this problem at Cracker Barrel and my comments are not based on crying children. I... More
