It had just reopened after its seasonal close so we were not expecting much. But we were delighted by their quick service and good food, topped by good quality and quantity. Its not a high end restaurant but i would definitely visit this place than go to Curlies which i did!

Although the setting by a busy road is not the best, La Franza is a good, reasonably priced restaurant with a wide-ranging menu and very generous portions. Their fish and sea-food are good.

Since we were staying at the hostel opposite and it was getting late we decided to pop over to La franza for dinner. We ordered 2 soups and 2 naans since everything else on the menu was a ridiculous price for what it was. The noodles and veggies in the soup were undercooked and it lacked any flavour. The naan... This restaurant is located right next the Martha's Breakfast Home guesthouse in Anjuna Beach, and is actually owned & run by the same Souza family, in the same great manner. It is conveniently tucked away from most of the shiny, fancy restaurants on the main road and the neighborhood is a lot peaceful. The food is awesome, with plenty of... More

Went there several times because it was just across the street from our hostel, the prison hostel, great place by the way. Menu is really goan with a lot of curry flavour on beef and a lot of seafood. You feel the influence from portugese as well as the indian cuisine. Can't remember what we had but we went there... The place is quite simple but the food is nice. We stopped by for lunch and we had Chicken Noodles and Mixed Seafood Fried Rice. Royal portions and great taste. Fresh and crunchy vegetables. Maybe we can go back to try their Seafood which is their specialty. They also serve some very authentic Goan dishes.

There have been a plethora of new joints in Goa - but this one stays very close to the repuation it has earned over 3 decades. This is a restaurant run by a family and for families willing to experience authentic Goan seafood dishes. I have visted the place multiple times over many trips, and tell you it does not... More
