Price is average. But food is not fresh. Compare to their previous generation. It’s two different world of taste. I rather u charge slightly higher price with good quality food provided instead of giving us fair price but inferior food quality.

Why is it so hard for Melaka's restaurants staff to show warmth and welcoming enthusiasm? At "Nancy" and other Peranakan restaurants we were sadly faced with staff who made no eye contact, did not smile or showed any warmth and talked loudly among themselves. It...felt like we were eating in someone else's home and intruding on. Where is the F&B professionalism seen in HK,Thailand or Japan. In China they shout a robust " welcome , welcome or Huān yíng huān yíng, qǐng zuò , in Japan "irasshaimase" but in Melaka, they were sullen and stare at you ? Is it Covid or a habitual public response?More

Authentic nyonya food at very reasonable prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the cincaluk omelette which was light, fluffy, and not overpowering. The salt and pepper fish was fresh and very nicely done, as was the asam pork. I had expected the omelette to be...oily as usually is the case with deep fried omelettes, but not here! Two thumbs up for our experience. The restaurant also sells a variety of nyonya delicacies like kuih and tidbits - we bought some dumplings to take home with us.More

Very expensive. Small potion. I understand cost is high. Taste is just OK. Go if you are willing to try your chance on getting good food. It is definitely not cheap

Absolutely mediocre food. Really disappointing. Infact one of the worse in the city without a doubt. Only the ambience is ok not the food.

Services great. Food came out within 5minutes, impressive. Ayam buat keras awesome, sambal sumbat Ikan cencaru good, cencalok egg nice, the sambal paste for lady’s finger awesome! The only I was abit disappointed was the nyonya laksa not nice, too much tumeric flavour, and the...petai prawn not up to standard, because even my mum would make this dish better than hereMore

I dropped by for a durian cendol (it is seasonal), popiah and pai tee. The popiah skin a litte different from others now. I prefer to the traditional popiah skin. Good pai tee! I had their kopi O too!

Nancy's kitchen is always my favorite nyonya restaurant whenever I visit Malacca. My recommendation is their asam pedas fish and pai tee. Cendol is a must eat! They also have a lot of freshly baked nyonya biscuits and nyonya dumplings. All are good, quality is...consistent. I never walk in and walk out disappointed. I truly enjoy myself every visit!More

We didn't have a sit down meal at the restaurant. We bought nyonya dumplings from the restaurant. The dumplings are delicious and cheaper than from another famous store in town.
