After lunch friend decided to come here to have a cup of coffee and chit chat. The place is rather full but manage to get a table that is available. Sat down, look at the menu and write down our order in a provided order...chit. The staff came and take the order chit to proceed with the order. I would really recommend their Muar ice coffee as is has a very rich coffee taste. Toast bread is good too.
A must try is the Sai Kee coffee special and the Supreme Honey Tea. It’s aromatic as well as flavourful. It leaves a very nice aftertaste in the mouth after each sip. Dip the tiny biscuit into the coffee &/or tea for a delightful munch....Try their half boiled eggs too.More
Since I was in the vicinity with my friends for lunch, we decided to stop by Sai Kee for coffee. Parking space was ample. The interior deco has lots of wooden elements. The walls, one large wood table n chairs. The rest of the table...set up were small round tables with 4 chairs (like the chinese coffee shop). We chose the wood table with benches. It looks comfy but it was deceiving. Anyway, we sat through as it was the most spacious area. There are various types of coffee and we chose the 'Elephant' bean. Since we ate our lunch, we ordered some small bites later. The garlic bread was nice. We later ordered second round of drinks. The pineapple juice was actually pineapple pieces in syrup. Quite refreshing. The shop also serves noodles, rice, cake and kuih. There is a shelf with various types of coffee for sale. Overall, a relaxing place to catch up with friends over a cup of coffee.More
If you love coconut milk (santan favor), try the Sai Kee special coffee. I love the taste of santan with coffee aroma. Do try the otak-otak bun and their nasi lemak, the portion is just nice for lady but not for man or big eater.
