Don’t judge a book by it’s cover! I apologize that I firstly invited by friend to this shop I was like yewwwww.... until my first bite. Ok sorry about that, this is the common issue of any traditional business. So I would fairly rate 5...stars as per their unique fragrant satay sauce and the food is fresh! If the environment issue solved, i would give a 6 stars.More

I have been through some reviews but ultimately I still choose to visit because no long queue out there. I'm impressed this satay is not as malay satay that we usually eat. This definitely more fragrant and aroma than the others. Environment is abit too...old yet to improve but taste never failed me! Loving this!!!!More

There are lots of options of satay to dip into the sauce. It is very delicious. we've been coming here for the past 5 years and we are looking forward to come back there.

The place is relatively clean with lots of choices. But have to be early (before 6pm) if you want to avoid the crowd and long waiting time as they have limited sitting capacity. Parking is a problem, so try to park near the market and...walk.More

Since it came highly recommended...we decided to try the infamous Capitol Satay Celup....utterly disappointed. Don't know what's the big hype and long queues about....frankly the lok-lok around KL taste far better. The sauce / dip was nothing special and skewers unappealing. Wasted calories, time and...money.More
