We stopped here on our way home from Dauphin Island. This is EXCELLENT BBQ! The sauce is unlike any we have ever eaten. The beans, cole slaw and Brunswick stew were also excellent. We will definitely stop here again!

We had the lunch special of pulled pork, chips and a drink. Service was fast. Generous portion of meat.

Chuck's is an Opelika institution. The pork barbecue plate or sandwich, chipped, is my favorite. Do not be put off by the many Christian references, they will treat you well no matter who you are.
Great staff, great BBQ, generous portions. Sides were so-so at best. Doubt they were homemade. The BBQ sauce seemed mustard based and was excellent!!! Will go back for sure next time in the area.
