My children loves the curry rice here. It's delicious and the service is quick. It's nice that you can select how spicy you want your curry to be as well as how much rice you like. Clean and nice restaurant.

I have been to Coco House in Japan. This Coco House in Shanghai is basically the same in terms of interior design, menu, and choice of the level of spiciness, etc. I like the crispy chicken medium spicy curry. It is not the best curry place, but a good choice if you like fast food.

Staying in Jing'an

Neighbourhood Profile
Jing'an
The heart of this neighborhood is the Jing'an Temple, while the main artery of excitement and entertainment is West Nanjing Road. Close to the Former French Concession, the area has a similar draw for foreign residents but displays a more commercial character. Large, flashy malls, luxe residential high-rises and trendy nightlife areas can be found along West Nanjing Road, but areas off the busy street have the same quiet cafes and independent boutiques that many people think of as distinctive of the Former French Concession. Jing'an is less encased in amber, though, and it's possible to immerse yourself more fully in the energy of China's most bustling metropolis here.
