The food is very tasty and fresh. The staff is very nice and they will suggest you which wine, which food is the specialty of the house, and the food and drinks are very good, nice location.

I love sushi and this place is some of the best I've had. Very fresh and well prepared. Nice atmosphere.

We had a great meal here . Tempura mix, miso soup, tuna, a few different rolls. Although food and liquor is expense everywhere in Tamarindo my husband was charged 11700 colones for a double vodka which we felt was too much All in all good food and service

This place had some decent sushi. The vibes were great. I've been to better spots in the states, but if you're craving sushi, this is a great restaurant to try.

I'm sorry but this was really a disappointment. Tiny sushi rolls. Not good service and overpriced. Much like a lot in Tamarindo. If you ve got big bucks then this city is for you. This restaurants not familiar with good fresh sushi or rice for that matter. At least in the other restaurants in town you get what you pay... More

Great atmosphere and food. Fresh tuna as a rise pedal, salmon dinner, combo dinner. Tempura banana's for desert. All excellent.

This Argentinian-managed Shushi place is a cute garden in the centre of town. Although fish was fresh, the rice was overcooked both in the salad and rolls; tuna was tasteless. It felt steamed? My parents tried the cocktails. What can I say. They served frozen raspberries and blueberries in the middle of the tropics, which is now considered "fancy" among... More

While the raw sushi here is average, the seared tuna is delicious. With an entrance set back from the main shopping strip, it offers a peacefull and tasty break from shopping or beach activities.

Counter to some of the reviews here I did not think that the price was bad at all. Three us us at, had a couple of beers, a couple of glasses of wine and plenty of sushi for $120. Sushi was very good. I tried to stick with the tuna as that is the local fresh catch.
