This is a decent soda, offering the usual dishes at the usual prices. They accommodated our vegan & gluten free diet without a problem.

We stopped in at Soda La Naranja for breakfast our last day in Montezuma. It was the best breakfast we had in town. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good. The staff was very informative about things around the area. The food and drinks were very good.

We had lunch here and all enjoyed our food and highly recommend their ceviche. Service was good and beer was cold.

We shared the ceviche between two which was more than adequate. It came with wonderfully finely cut yucca strips. It had a flavour that was a fine balance of lime and coriander probably the best we have ever eaten. Followed by jumbo shrimps with a vegetable salad and chips and a dish with muscles and clams. Muscles were an unusually... More

We spent a few days in the nicoya peninsula and we stopped in Montezuma a couple of times. This Soda was amazing. The owner and the staff extremely welcoming and nice. Delocious dishes (we eat once at breakfast and once for lunch). Great gallo pinto, casados and you have to try the home made juices (Banana, Mango and Orange our... More

Great Casado-both vegetarian and fish. Very generous portions and copious amounts of cold water to help it. Attentive service

We have gone here twice now! Once for dinner and then again for breakfast. It is a simple place but service is excellent! For breakfast I had a huevos ranchero that was so good my husband licked the plate. For dinner he had the pork special yummy and I had clams and mussels also delicious. Coffee was also really good.... More

We are so happy that we stopped here. First, the owner is wonderful. He brought a candle to our table and immediately treated us as family. Second, the plates were hearty and delicious. My plate had an excellent portion of fish and avocado while my fiance's rice dish was like a local paella. Come all and come hungry!

I had read great reviews of Organico next door, but Organico was closed (for days... must be out of business). So we tried La Naranja. The owner/manager was very welcoming and very kind to our kids. The menu is surprisingly large for such a small kitchen. I was not expecting much, but my whole family was very pleased with the... More

We stopped here for lunch having just climbed the waterfalls and had a wonderful surprise as the food was so good! The owner was very attentive and we enjoyed the freshly caught tuna steak (it was huge!) with Chimichurri and the arroz con pollo. A surprisingly good lunch for an excellent price!
