This was my first visit to an Arby's in Alaska. And it was just as I remembered from California. The drive thru service was quick, friendly, and patient. Food came within minutes and was good and filling.

We got there just before 9pm. The lobby closes at 9 so we went through the drive through. we had to ask the staff to turn on the sign so that we could read it. We ordered a milkshake but was told that they had...More
Their Fresh cut roast beef is awesome, as always. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. It's a great place for fast food that is also good for you. They also give a Military Discount.
Service was slow. Had a hard time understanding the kid behind the counter because he mumbled badly. Food was not the quality I have come to expect from Arby's. I would recommend skipping this one.
As always, we look for Arby's. Food is great, hot, and fast. The beef is fresh and done to perfection. Very tender. Cheese is rich and melted.
Several months ago we ate here and the waitress took our order quickly. Our food arrived fast and hot. The salad was decent also. The service from the staff was just awful. It is hard to give this a rating because I really don't have...More
Service was awful. The self serve sauce machine was in maintained and splashed sauce on myself and other customers. Cleanliness was poor inside, and management was rude after customer was sprayed with sauce from uncleared dispenser. Food was ok at best. I will not be...More
Took ten minutes to get our food at the drive through. Then they forgot the cheddar sauce on my Big Beef and Cheddar. It was Sunday at 1pm, so not an incredibly busy time. No reason they can't meet their two minute goal in the...More
I didn't go thru drive thru since I had sometime to kill. I like the sandwich and they were smiling and I thought it was same kind of service you can get in Anchorage.
This is the slowest drive thru, and walk in fast food restaurant I have ever been to. By the time you do get your food, it's horribly over-cooked and dried out. We have (stupidly) tried it more than once, and won't again.
