This little no trills, hole-in-the-wall looking restaurant down on the wharf is definitely worth the stop. My first time in Juneau and there on business. Someone from the office I was at took me there for lunch. Only one item on the menu – Russian Dumplings (but two varieties). I had never heard of Russian Dumplings – but they were... More

Dude! These are amazing! I'm craving these and cant find a decent dumpling place here in Anchorage. People I talked to recommend the Crab place to go to in Juneau but after having these dumplings, I'm recommending this place!

We were here on a Wednesday night - and a lot of Downtown finished serving at 9pm ... Cursed Winter hours - and we just stumbled upon this place. There were 4 tables and 2 were occupied - and it looks like a youth hangout with it's formica tables, shelves of vinyl and posters on the noticeboard of upcoming gigs,... More

This place sells one thing and one thing only..... Pelmenis!!! And OMG are they fantastic! The guy that is serving them cooks them then sprinkles curry and butter and some other amazing things on them and hands the styrofoam box to you to enjoy. You have to have them with sour cream that is contained in the little refrigerator in... More

There is only one menu item. Usually supposed to be 2 options one beef and one potato. This is also not really russian food. Mixing in curry is really strange.

Definitely a must-have for the Juneau local or visitor, alike. Located at the Wharf near the cruise-ship docks, it may look like a little local dive, but there are some big flavors here. Don't be dissuaded by the laid-back atmosphere, hipster/hippie/teen crowd and employees, eclectic records playing, and no sign of a menu! Go with it... (1) 2 options. Beef... More

Always my first stop in Juneau! Simple, cheap and unique. These Russian dumplings are delightful. Offered two ways, meat or vegetarian in a to go box. Make sure to get everything on them and you will have a wonderful combination of curry and cilantro to flavor a tasty little dumpling. Pass the sour cream please!

My mother and I have family in Juneau so they quickly brought us to this place. It is wonderful I could eat it everyday of my life. I get the chicken pel menis with everything on it and when you eat all the pel menis use the bread to soak up all the juices. It's a really good meal for... More
