Went for lunch both had burgers and Cole slaw. Generous portions. Wished they would have told us about specials. They had fried chicken special that day that really looked good. We didn't know about it until saw an order go by then I noticed the special board back in the corner. For only a couple of bucks more could have... More

Ginger's has been tucked away at the end of the original Soldotna Mall for years. I had not eaten here in years either, but have been there twice in two days now, First to meet an old friend for a late lunch (his idea), and found that the BLT was great with piles of fries. Today met my son and... More

The only good thing was the service. However, even the server was annoying when she constantly intruded on my night out by asking every 5 min. "Is everything alright ?" And taking our dishes before everyone finished their plates. It was a salad that was missing key ingredients listed on the menu. One being Bleu Cheese. My guess is since... More

The food was very good and the price was better than most place as it seems that it's very expensive to eat out in Alaska. The waitress was wonderful. Our two young boys split the chicken tenders meal and they even had leftovers. The place is very clean and diner style. It's simply a good place to eat good food... More

Nice work staff, friendly and they serve great food. They have daily specials and so far ive enjoyed the ones I have tried. they are closed on Sundays, might be because the staff goes fishing for salmon on the world famous Kenai river on days off.

Needed a quick stop on the road between Homer and Girdwood. The mall parking provided enough room to park the Motorhome. Yes, this restaurant is in a mall, but surprisingly the food is fresh, home-cooked and tastes great. The onion rings and fries were perfect and the cole slaw was really delicious. Menu has burgers, fish 'n chips, etc. nothing... More

The food is cooked fresh. The dessert is very good but ask the cost before you assume. The variety of American food is reasonable and service is very friendly.

This is a cute little restaurant in the mall for lunch or just to stop in for a cup of coffee with a friend. The atmosphere is retro and it's fun to look at what's on the walls. The food is great and the people are very friendly.
