We had a gorgeous brunch here today. The Pan Breakfast was amazing, as was the Ratatouille with warm tortillas. Both perfect size, and extremely reasonably priced (both between $15 and $17 I believe). We asked for a bit of chutney or relish on the side and got a gorgeous Quince chutney. My only recommendation would be to ditch the printed... More

Pros: -The pork belly was very nice. Surprised how well the pineapple went with the dish. It was because of this dish that we gave this restaurant three stars...otherwise it would have been less. Photo attached. -Nice service. - Polenta fries- fluffy in the middle. Cons: The pumpkin risotto was undercooked... with plenty of crunchy bits of rice. It was... More

Very rarely will I write a review of a restaurant I thought was abysmal as I am not a trained chef or service provider but this was terrible. Our friends in Timaru took my wife & I there, said they usually go to the restaurant next door but as this looked upmarket they wanted to impress us. We should have... More

The restaurant overlooks Caroline Bay and the food was excellent. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience.

Rib fillet cooked as requested, mussels were a hit and lamb shank just ok. Service was quick, accurate and friendly. Car parking round the corner. Best seats near a front window for the view. Quite noisy when large groups came in.

We had a nice meal there with a group of friends. the lamb shank was great. my neighbor enjoyed his beef steak, though he thought it a bit overdone. The menu is really not a fusion (asian plus something). A nice limited selection of favored local dishes. I am sure we will go back (not too many options in Timaru!)... More

Great ORB coffee. Opens daily @ 10:00am. Staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. Location wise, it's the best spot in Timaru. You can sit outside during warmer weather and enjoy a good lunch.

The meals are excitingly different, beautiful taste sensations and an excellent wine list to compliment the menu choice. Sitting by the window offers views of Caroline Bay.
