I've been coming to Valdez for work for about 4 years now and I've tried most of the restaurants in town. This place has the best pizza, period. Kinda funky, campy motif with good service and good selection of beers on tap. Pricing is within average traveler budget......Hey it's Alaska, everything is a little pricey!

Great little place on the water! I had the pizza and husband had the cod sandwich. He said it was the best food he had the whole trip. My pizza was great too. Our waitress, Ali, was nice, friendly and very personable.

The food is OK, and service is average. But it is really pricey. I had the Alaskan salmon basket and I found the fish to be over-cooked and too dry.

Ate here on a saturday evening. Outdoor tables overlooking the Valdez harbor create the perfect atmosphere for a casual post adventure meal. Indoors is cozy and featured live music which was good fun. There is a good selection of food on the menu and a wide variety of wine/beer to choose from. Food was tasty but noting out of the... Where to start, guess will start with being sat down at a dirty table. That should have been our first clue, but we had traveled several hours and we were hungry, and someone did come within 5 minutes to wipe off the table. However, it did take 10 more minutes to ask for anyone to bring us a drink. I... More

Friendly staff prepared a private and very early breakfast for our group of about 40. The food was very good with nice variety.

Really good pizza and location was close to the harbor. Service was excellent but I was stunned at the bill. Very expensive, I'm still in shock at how much we paid for pizza and beer ( $190 before tip), granted we are a party of 6 but wow.! Good live music and everything else great.

Ok, so for almost 70 bucks I would expect a decent burger, fish and chips and a couple of beers...not so here for two of us. To be perfectly honest, Valdez is very expensive no matter where you eat.

It was extremely busy, so it must be good, right? Well... No. The waitress got completely lost with the orders (group of 14) and the food was less than average. Pity.

A terrace with the view on the dock, some white beers and an waitress super sexy, what else could you want. Close from everything and nice vibe !
