An unusual experience – decorated in the theme of the Madhatters Tea Party, complete with “mad hats” hanging from the ceiling. An extensive menu covers everything from snacks, toasted sandwiches, to steaks. Daily specials are very reasonable, with everything from fish dishes to stews. This is a popular venue form Grahamstonians and at lunchtime you can’t always be sure of... More

Had a by chance meeting there. Good place to to feel comfortable. Food is great for what it is. There is not much one can do wrong with a toasted sandwich, but presentation can make it special.

Popped into Madhatters for coffee and scones. Coffee was served lukewarm, scones where more like muffins than scones - generally disappointing.

Popped in for a quick bite, the place was jam packed. We were served quickly and got what we ordered. Interesting decor.

We enjoyed our lunch, the food was of good quality and price. Not a fine dining experience, but certainly worth while.

We as a family ventured here for something warm to drink after a festival evening show. The host was welcoming and friendly, the vibe of the place was funky, I regret we not actually have food, but even if you just pop in for a cup of coffee, you will not be dissapointed.

This is one of those restaurants on the high street where you can sit and watch the world pass you by. Very simple, basic menu. Food was decent. Staff were friendly. This is not high end, and it's not intended to be. A great spot to people watch and grab some coffee and a sandwich. That is all.
