We visited this place on Thursday the 29/09/2016 to celebrate my sons 7th Birthday being the 29th. Upon arrival, we were greeted by 6/8 waitresses at the entrance. I made it clear to all who would listed that we were there to celebrate my sons birthday. We were seated and ordered the sushi buffet as both my boys love sushi.... More

While the restaurant was fairly quiet, and the service nothing to write home about; the seafood platters were fresh, well cooked & generous in portion size.

Food was well below average, tasteless, tiny portions. A full portion of calamari consisted of 8 over cooked, tough and bland pieces. Part of the starter was missing but nobody noticed. The manager and waitress were less than enthusiastic about replacing or discounting. Won't be back to this overpriced place.

Not the place to go in winter - one small smoky fire that was unattended; freezing in there with no atmosphere. Service was very poor, sushi nice but expensive unless on special. Hake very average and medium kingklip portion is minute. All in all very poor, needs some serious managerial input and a few gas heaters to warm the place... More

Ended up here by chance on Mothers Day for some reason or other ( no Mother around) and decided to retry it as some franchises have not made the grade. The new look in the CTFM stores is light and airy and very refreshing. This site in Lonehill has had a wide variety of restaurants over the years but I... More

Pleasant, airy and uncluttered restaurant specializing in both fish and sushi. Service is generally very good and the sushi is probably the best in the locality.

This is a South African experience focussed on Fish. Grilled, Fried and of course, Sushi. Joe who runs the sushi bar is a great character and a competent Sushi chef. Don't expect Japanese style exactness but you you will get fresh, generous and well priced variations of all your favourite pieces. If they don't have it, make a suggestion and... More

We went to the Greenstone mall CTFM for a midday lunch. The service was great. The food was good. The waitors were very friendly and helpful. CTFM's new menu looks fantastic and is modernised. A great improvement. My only complaint is that the sushi was a bit bland and they had no crayfish in stock while it was advertised all... More
