My husband and I went for dinner one Friday evening, and had a great time. The service was fabulous, vibe was lively, food good and the gin cocktails addictive!
We discovered Carbon Bistro as part of Restaurant Week. What a find! Amazing gin menu... we will be back to taste the rest...our starters included the yellow fin tuna and brisket tart. Mains Lamb ravioli... gorgeous

Reccommend the Crystal Blue Berry Gin. Pleasent surprise when drinking a whole berry through the straw! Dry aged rib eye on the bone is delicious. Staff friendly and helpful.
