Amazing food in a lovely setting with the friendliest staff from the door man, to the waiters and chef. Can't wait to go back!

Great food and atmosphere, and excellent service. The bouncer on the door kindly walked us to the corner to our car as we were a group of tourists, and would not accept a tip. I would highly recommend a visit here.

This was a splendid place for my last dinner in Cape Town - this trip. The building is unremarkable as you pass by but stepping inside it POPS! Two floors, open plan with exposed brick walls and attractive artwork hanging. It is brightly lit and...More

Tip-top service crew, with good wine knowledge. Quality grills for dining in the area. Great place with ambience. Too dim for my aged companions, okay for me. Desserts average.

I recently enjoyed a delicious three course meal at Savoy Cabbage. The space itself is a conversation-starter -- a converted loft with exposed brick and cabbage-shaped lights hanging overhead! The ambiance is warm and cosy - you could spend the better half of an evening...More

We visited this restaurant (party of four) after a fairly long interval and were not disappointed. It was their 19th birthday and we opted for the set birthday menu which was exceptional value considering the extent thereof, the presentation and really good food. The "Fizz"...More

Description
Enjoy creative contemporary cooking in a visually exciting venue. With its historic Table Mountain stone and old brick that dates back to the 18th century, architect Leon Saven's design is complemented by glass, concrete and exposed ducting. Cabbage motif chandeliers and salt dishes, fine table appointments and impeccable service reflect outstanding attention to detail. The menu alters daily, using the freshest local produce and combines unusual flavours to excite the palate of the discerning diner. Free range organic and ethically sourced ingredients. Allergies catered for. A boutique wine list which is very reasonably priced.
