We booked for lunch at Guardian Peak, our first visit to this Restaurant. We were met by friendly staff and had a very pleasant afternoon with great food and wine.

We visited this restaurant while staying in the nearby Webersburg wine estate. Easy five minute walk to this locals' favourite. The place was full, but we managed to get a table on the terrace which locals didn't want (too cold at 21C I guess). This is clearly a locals' place, which is always a good sign. We were serviced by... More

This table was right next to a bunch of rowdy tourists who were so loud and drinking heavily that we could not even talk across the table. Surely in... More

If you are looking for a beautiful setting then look no further. The views are spectacular and we were lucky enough to get a seat in front of the large glass windows (Was a bit hot to sit outside). The starter of bone marrow was fantastic, my dad even went as far as to say its the best he has... More

Visited for the first time to celebrate an anniversary with my boyfriend. The confit duck leg was delicious, but sadly my boyfriend's enchilada was quite awful. The pieces of meat we're all cooked differently and tasted very bland. Please don't order this - we've spoken to friends since and they all said the enchilada is terrible. On the plus side,... More

We visited for lunch recently and were disappointed. The views are stunning and the meal started off well with delicious starters of marrow bones (the best my husband has had in South Africa and comparable to top French restaurants) and tempura calamari, done perfectly, but mains were well off the mark. The starters were so tempting that my daughter and... More
