I went with a group of friends, and while the food was tasty, the portions were small for the price. It's one of those places that's good to eat at if you're not really that hungry.

The restaurant is good, nothing special by the way. I'm not a sushi expert but the dishes were pretty yummy.

We were a bit skeptical to get in because the amount of publicity it has on the media, but yesterday night gave it a chance and it worth it! To start atmosphere was great also at midnight, service was immediately and food came in a proper well served way! Deluxe sushi table was absolutely great, Philadelphia roll as starter also... More

It's a good mean range price option for who's love shushi, ITAMAE is a franchising but the place in Tames street it's nicer that others Itamae options.

I like sushi. Alot. There are many spots in Buenos Aires and I tried for of the highest rated spots. This spot may not be the very best sushi, but it is the best value. I don't want to take away from their sushi either, its really really good. I went back to this spot several times and I would... More

We had takeaway from this joint it was delicious. So much so we decided to eat in a few days later. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only downside, the miso soup I ordered was way too salty but our mains more than made up for that.

I have now noticed other reviews re the Sushi and am glad we didn't try that. Instead we ordered 2 plates of Gyoza, Vegetable Tempura and beef Yakisoba. The Gyoza was covered in such an... More

First of all: we went to the Larrea St restaurant, not the Thames one, but they are all supposed to be the same. Our experience was very good. The place is nice, well situated, and the sushi was excellent, as were the desserts. Efficiently served (our waitress was Tamara, whom I highly recommend). Prices are ok (sushi is expensive in... Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
