Lovely spot in Palermo. The lunch menu goes from an appetizer an galas of wine to 4 courses. An maxing selection on wine by the glass. Spotless service. The food is focused in fresh product, enhanced by chef Pol Lykan. A must go

The great: the interior is beautifully designed with a modern feel and tasteful art. The marble counter tops and glass over the the area in front of the kitchen are stunning. The good: the service was friendly, but the staff struggled to make recommendations on a huge menu. When asked for a wine recommendation we were asked "how much do... More

Very nice restaurant! Great Patagonian lamb. I got the 4 degustation menu and really enjoyed. Slow service, great wine, just like an experience! It is super! Love it!

We found ourselves early for a private cooking class in the Palermo district in November of 2015, so looked around for a place to have a glass of wine while we waited. We stumbled upon Freud and Fahler Nueva Casa, where four of us ordered a bottle of wine and sat at the bar chatting with the staff as it... More

This place tries to do modern cuisine. We couldn't speak Spanish and they made no effort to help us or make us feel welcome. The lamb and steak were okay. The entrees were generally rubbish. The last straw was that when the bill arrived in an AMEX bill holder they then informed us that they only accept cash.

I have experienced excellent signature food in this simply decorated restaurant, located in an old house at the corner of Cabrera and Godoy Cruz and where the Chef Pol Lykan combines the finest ingredients and flavors with an impressive outcome. For lunch and dinner guests have the option between à la carte (executive menu from 150 to 300 pesos and... More

Came here for a relaxed glass of wine mid afternoon. Very friendly staff, with useful recommendations of which wines to try and what to do in Palermo. Incredibly relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The wines themselves were delicious - as delicious as any expensive wine I'd tried before, but with a large glass of wine only costing $65 pesos. Definitely going... More

The staff was very lovely and kind. However the food was disappointing. The langoustine appetizer was heavily breaded and soggy swimming in way too much mayonnaise. The fish of the day was over salted and the accompaniments were odd. Lots of gels etc. The one dish that was palatable was the lamb. The lamb meat was terrific, but the side... More

We came here upon recommendation from our sommelier at Anuva Wines, and found a completely empty restaurant with the door closed at around 8 pm on a Tuesday night. They were open, though, and we were placed at a table by the window. Within the next hour, a couple more tables filled up, but still pretty empty. The menu was... More

Just happened on this restaurant near our hotel in Palermo Soho for lunch on the recommendation of our hotel staff and after getting off our 10+ hour plane flight from NYC. The prix fixe lunch menu had something for all and at great prices. As per local custom, we had a nice relaxed lunch in the company of friends. Some... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
