The avocado toast with poached egg and salmon was definitely tasty, but between two of those and two coffees, brunch ended up being almost ARS700, which was notably overpriced. If you needed an Argentinian take on American brunch, in a coffee-shop style setting, this would hit the spot.

Even though it is a small and with a short menu we have enjoyed this restaurant quiet a lot. The quality of food is really good. Service is casual but very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and very calm. We will return definitely.

This is a great place. Nice atmosphere, great food and friendly service. We eat here frequently for breakfast and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating of our 15 month old who likes to run around. It's a good place to find healthy meals too and there are good options for vegetarians.

We run in this coffee by chance on a Sunday morning and we stop for what it turned out to be a good breakfast. Many options to choose from in a very relaxing and cozy atmosphere. They served have a lunch menu.

I loved this place. A casual find on a walk around the Palermo neighbourhood. Had a lovely waffle with dulce de leche and a coffee and juice and it was all very good. What I liked perhaps even more was the very relaxing atmosphere and very nicely decorated interior of the café. Price was more than reasonable for what I... More

Helena was a very nice place I went almost every day during 3 months while living in Palermo. Staff was always very kind with us and the food always fresh and delicious. Great lunch menus and also very good salads (not very easy to find in other places). Special thanks to the day they offered us the "chocotorta" <3. Congratulations... More

Very nice place, stilish decor, typical Palermo (bohemian, hipster). Excellent salads (my mouth sized chops of lomo were top quality). Friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommendable for a late lunch.

My daughter and I stumbled upon Helena when we were looking for someplace to sit, get warm, and have a little coffee and breakfast on a holiday. As another reviewer mentioned, Helena was one of the few places open on the holiday. Our mini breakfast was very nice. We had tea, coffee, yogurt and fruit, and toast and jam. All... More

this small cafe/bar/restaurant, located in palermo, has the virtue of the small places and of course it´s disadvantages..the food is good, prices are Ok, only the service is a bit slow. You might like to seat on the street tables is the weather is nice!

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
