It looks like a hidden jewel but don't be fooled, it is NOT. This is all brass, from the poor service which is random at best, very selective, in that not all guests are served the same complimentary drink, and poor communication with guests. The food when served is bland, hoping to fool you by the fancy setting i.e. cold... More

We went here hours before catching our flight back to the U.S. This place was awesome and we really enjoyed the food. The staff was friendly and had great recommendations for us.

Majority of people don't know how good Peruvian food is. It is actually considered one of the best cuisines in Western hemisphere. So, it was a good surprise to discover Mullu as it follows the quality of food in Peru and also has some adaptations to the Argentine public, but still keeping tradition. Nice environment. Good music. Ask people about... More

32 capacity pampa boîte serving solid Peruvian fare. They have been charming the Microcentro crowd with free shots of coca pisco sour shots and Chilean salmon amuse bouche coquettes. Charming wam atmosphere and equally charming service. I had a tirado and waikiki roll. Knife work was a bit sloppy but after days of usual BA meat-fest, this was the perfect... More

Not true Peruvian food and way over priced for what it is. I was not one bit impressed. Service was mediocre.

This was my second time at Mullu. I went first for lunch during the BA Food Week and was nicely surprised at the excellent quality of the food and the original flavours of the different dishes. This time around I went for dinner with my husband. The atmosphere looked totally different, with a very romantic vibe. Not many people on... More

I wish I had found this place sooner! Fresh seafood, amazing flavours, exceptional value!! I had lunch here. Opted for the three course menu at $95 pesos, there was a $30 peso service fee. The quantity of food was perfect, I am not leaving hungry. I had the Tiradito K on Pasion, the Gallatin con Limo followed by the Postre... More

We just loved our evening here. The food was fantastic and the service friendly and helpful. The dishes here are meant to share and our server warned us against ordering too much. The music and ambiance are very soothing and chill. It all added up to a wonderful night.

Staying in Retiro

Neighbourhood Profile
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
