The four of us ordered a different entrée for our brunch. My friend's husband had a breakfast which was good, only the waiter forgot to bring the toast until almost too late. He didn't care that much as he was wanting to try a piece of the lemon pie was was out of this world! My friend had the shrimp... More

They had change of names, they are now "Two Seasons Cafe". Same location same delicious food with daily specials including the Friday fish special. You can not help to notice the number of people that are repeat patrons, which speaks bundles on their service and food. Enjoy!

This tiny restaurant offers basic but tasty food in large portions. It is only open for breakfast and lunch. If you like basic, tasty but no frills, this is it.

Stopped here due to my father's rave reviews....he was so right! This is a small town diner in Mesa. The owners are from MN and they are MN Nice! I had the roast beef dinner type and it was hot and flavorful; comfort food to the MAX. I missed out on breakfast the one day but I am told heir... More

Good hot food and reasonable prices. I really enjoyed eating there. People are quite friendly. Had the Steak and Eggs special and the food arrived very hot and tasty, and the coffee was robust.

My wife and I tried Fran's a few months after we moved in to Dreamland Villa. It was a warm morning and the air conditioning wasn't quite up to the task, but we enjoyed our meal nonetheless. The service was quick and attentive and the food was delightful. I recently walked past the building and saw a sign that said... More

My fishing buddy and I meet here for breakfast frequently. This is a "no-frills, mom & pop" type of restaurant with great food and plenty of it. We were there last week and, at 8:00AM it was standing room only. There is plenty of parking, service is great, and, even though they are busy, service is excellent.

Fran's a jewel and her food is just like Mama made it! The pies are TOP SHELF and the fish dinners remind us of Midwestern Friday nights. Friendly staff that know us by name, food that's consistently good, and quaint and quiet is just right for us.

Wednesday it's stuffed cabbage rolls with red gravy. Breakfast is always good and served with a pleasant smile. Their northern pasties are excellent.

We have driven past this small café and I thought I'd like to give it a try. I like to try ma & pa restaurants whenever I can. This place seems to be rated highly, but I must have been there on a bad day. The overall appearance was less than impressive, it is in need of a good cleaning... More
