The food is always so delicious. If you like hot but with bursting flavor, this is the place. The servings are huge and the kick butt margarita is perfect!

Heard a lot about this restaurant over the years. Finally went and was disappointed. I don't know why some people rave about this place. The beans were unseasoned and tasteless, the red sauce watery, the flautas made with flour torts instead of corn, the pork tough ... And all overpriced.

The food is quite good but be warned 80% of their menu is pretty spicy. I ordered a medium margarita..... and was floored when this behemoth arrived, and it was very good but easily enough for two.

This was suggested to us by a local and we are so glad we went there! The food was delicious and so was my Sangria Margarita! 😉

If you don't like good spicy Mexican food, than don't come here. I LOVE this place. The food isn't just spicy hot for hot's sake, it tastes amazing! Everything here is great, the salsa is so tasty, the margaritas are great and the adovado ribs are out of this world. Without a doubt, my favorite Mexican food.

It's been a few years since we've been here. We were passing through and wanted some authentic hot Mexican food. It's just like we remembered. It was so good and had a kick to it. Thank you for not changing! We will be back next time we come down.

If you don't know, this is Not average Mexican. This is New Mexico hatch chilli infused food. The big burrito is so big you better have your stretch pants. Beer is Ice cold.Chips and guacamole is just average. Service is a bit slow. Food is great. Will go back.

I visited on a business trip to this restaurant. It's my understanding there are multiple in the greater Phoenix area. The outside is unassuming so don't let that hold you back. Inside, it is a smaller dining area and another bar/dining area. Nothing fancy, but you go to eat not to stare at the decor, right?! The menu has multiple... More

Use to go to the original restaurant with coworkers from Mew Mexico when I worked in Phoenix. Then would take more adventurous out of state visitors. Love the green chile! It is hot. Not just a little. Went to Mesa location while visiting Tempe. The decor is modern graffiti for the most part. Not very attractive place like the central... More
