This cafe is near the Safeway Grocery that we shopped at on vacation. Went there for lunch and ordered Cheeseburgers. The waitress asked how would we like them done which surprised me but was even more surprised when we got them. The burgers were huge and delicious! The place is laid back and clean and the staff is very friendly... More

I have been to the Sahuaro Café about a dozen time since it first opened. I have consistently had a good to excellent breakfast experience. The Café has certainly improved over the past couple of years. Service is always very friendly and welcoming, although sometimes a bit slow when they appear to be short staffed. I usually order their corned... More

Nice café with great wait staff. Always checking on you. Had the Sahuaro Skillet, Eggs Benedict and churro French toast. Everything came out hot and the way we ordered it thumbs up to the chefs and cooks.

We eat at the restaurant every weekend. Good choices for breakfast and lunch. We particularly like their omelettes, BLT, Rueben, Rachel and Cobb Salad. Nice family-operated business. Highly recommended.

After church one morning decided to visit for breakfast, only two blocks from our house. We had only been there once before and it had seemed chaotic. This time was a great experience. I guess a few years make a difference. When we first entered we were not sure if it was a seat yourself place or not since there... More

Twenty bike miles done so this was to be our halfway food stop. I had a delicious stacked corned beef Reuben sandwich on rye with house chips that were a little overdone, but glad they were not salted and Iced tea. My friend loved the temperature hot, Sahuaro omelette stuffed with artichoke hearts with the not-so-light pancakes for side choice.... More

We stayed in Tucson a couple of days, eating in our room for breakfast. On our last day, heading to Phoenix, we searched for a restaurant in Oro Valley. Sahara Cafe was near the top. Saw "chorizo" and I was there! Both hubby and I had the Sahara Skillet. This is a cast iron skillet with the most delicious home... More

I had eggs with chorizo and cheese. The eggs were just smothered. I thought the chorizo was very good. The waitress was nice.
