I have eaten at many fine dining establishments in Phoenix/Scottsdale and am generally very impressed. Great food and great service are a common combination there. But this place was exceptional. I ate dinner here with my wife and 4 potential business partners. The menu was incredible with a variety of appetizing choices from apps to entrees to desserts. Every dish... More

This restaurant has a great feel / setting. Service is good. Our entrees were all very good. On the minus side, we found the appetizers and deserts could have been a little better & substantial, relative to the price. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We were at the Royal Palms for a Spa day, and had a delightful lunch at T. Cook's. We requested patio seating, and it was lovely, overlooking an expanse of green lawn and beautiful bougainvillea. We had delicious beet, arugula and goat cheese salads, served with fresh foccacia and truly delicious pesto. There is also a full lunch menu. Service... More

This restaurant is located in the Royal Palms resort, an astonishingly beautiful neo-colonial Spanish style compound located outside Phoenix. The decor is wonderful. The menu is eclectic, if a bit limited. The food quality is well above average, but not stellar. The service was friendly but slow, long wait for food and servers seemed quite busy so catching their attention... More

I booked T. Cook's for brunch through Open Table, which required a credit card to hold the reservation. I took my mother there, and it is located inside the Royal Palms resort. The entrance from the road is not particularly eye catching, and the complex is behind a wall, so you have to be on the look out. The tone... More

Lola waited my table here and made excellent suggestions pairing my courses with my wines. Had the pork chop and it was great. I loved Lola and she loved me back. Would ask for her if I ever returned.

One doesn't expect an out-of-the-way restaurant in the courtyard of a hotel to be particularly special, but T. Cook's is. Every dish was a delight -- including a superb breakfast. The staff are knowledgable and personable. One evening the filet I ordered was not cooked to my liking, but a proper replacement quickly and politely appeared. Nothing to disappoint.

We had visitors from out of town all of us going to the NCAA Final Four games, so we thought we'd treat them to what we thought was one of Phoenix's finest restaurants for breakfast before the game. Service was atrocious, food took inordinately long, was not as ordered, what a fiasco and embarrassment.

This restaurant has a beautiful dining room with an exquisitely displayed selection of fine foods. Crab, shrimp (giant sized!), paella, cheeses, fresh fruit, bagels and other breads with cream cheese, butter jelly, and tasty desserts. It is impressive. We went for my wife's 65th birthday, after finding a discount coupon for the buffet. Upon entering the restaurant, the hostess wished... More
