The Chicken Parmesan Grinders is the best I've ever had. They also serve a wide variety of different things to fit all your needs.

We live in the neighborhood and visit at least once a month. The young ladies are so sweet to my 77yr old dad. He loves their Hawaiian personal Pizza. I recommended the Aunt Sam's Pizza, it is awesome. I haven't found a thing on their menu that wasn't good. They have an excellent menu with something on it for everyone.... More

I was craving some chicken wings so stopped here. Decent wings, the menu consists of everything from pizza to hogies and everything in between. It's a good place if you need to feed the whole gang pretty quick. Prices are mid range, tvs, and decent service, the place needs updating but clean.

I have been a regular since they opened the original location at 32nd Street and Shea. Being a Philadelphia native relocated to Phoenix it was difficult to find a hoagie shop in Phoenix to fit what I was accustomed to back home. This is a close second. The mushroom cheese steak with fried onions and hot peppers hits the spot... More

Uncle Sam's has been at this location for many years and has seen no improvement to the interior which it sorely could use. We never feel that it's very clean. We prefer picking up our food and bringing it home to eat.

Perfect local stop for lunch or dinner. Tasty Calzone, Stromboli and Pizza selections. Local favorite. A must when we're in town.

If you wand a good burger, and good fries, and a cold beer, go to Uncle Sam's. It's like a mile and a half from where our son lives, so it is very handy for us to go there. The food is top notch, Our server was Bri, and she is also top notch. Always asking the wife and I... More

I've been eating here for over 20 years. The food is moderately priced, but the last few years, I've been overcharged for drinks or other menu items many times. Once is a mistake, but continually is not. Tonight I was charged for an extra drink. I pointed it out, and they said they'd take it off. Then they brought back... More

Visiting friends in Phoenix who go here frequently. I had a cold roast beef sub that was the best roast beef sandwich I have ever had. The hoagie roll was soft, the meat was moist and rare. Fresh tomato and onion and a oil and vinegar dressing. Choice of American cheese or Provalone, and I chose the later. I could... More
