Yes I said it, they serve it up right here! They have a very extensive menu on the best of fish, shellfish and items you won't find anywhere else! Their fish and seafood is flown in daily so you get the best and very freshest of fish. My favorite is the sea bass and fried alligator was yum. They have... More

Our party of four made a stop at Pappadeaux while in the valley. We had been to the one in Albuquerque and friends had been here many times, so we had to try it. We came in just as dinner was starting and the dinning room was empty with just a few people at the bar. We sat at the... More

I You might have to wait a little bit but its worth it. The service was quick and the food was good. If you have a large group I would call ahead and make reservations.

Had dinner here with the wife and her mother. Called for reservations and/or place on list, wouldn't take them or give a place. Told I had to be in the building to get a place on list. Got there and the wait was much longer than they told me on the phone. Waited as the traffic on the 17 was... More

Great waiters, loud atmosphere. Appetizers are wonderful, especially the mussels and andouille sausage. Louisiana seafood gumbo is especially good. Seabass was very very good. Will return again!

As frequent visitors to New Orleans, we've learned to differentiate between fine dining a la NOLA, more casual Second Ward joints, and several national chain eateries that offer a couple of half-baked nods to the Louisiana culinary experience. Frankly, Pappadeaux, with its silly invented name, inconvenient West Valley location, and rambling exterior reminiscent of Joe's Crab Shack or Bonefish Grill... More

I've always loved Pappadeaux in Texas. This visit was horrible. I ordered a drink called Purple Voodoo. Tasted like grape KoolAid. Ugh. The seafood tasted like it had been frozen. Soft shelled crab was oily. The service was INCREDIBLY slow. I was going to order dessert, but it would have taken another hour. This will be our last trip to... More

Ate at the bar...thought Dem and Chad did an ok job. Living in NYC I know my expectations are high, so kept them (expectations) moderated to give a balanced opinion. The "Alligator", esp the way Demonic recommended it was great. The shrimp was a 2 or 2.5 tops out of 10. Staff was alright...they debased themselves later on by talking... More

THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. Probably the best salmon I've ever had. Since it was our first time, they gave us a free dessert, which was the bread pudding, and it was amazing. The decor is perfect for the restaurant and the property itself was gorgeous. The service was slightly lacking, but I don' think it was the servers... More
