Same great New Mexican food (red and green chili) but with a secret hideaway feel. No sign on the door, you just have to be in the know! Excellent food and very entertaining to sit at the bar and watch the cooking happening!

We were in town visiting, and my boyfriend found this as an eclectic place to grab a late lunch. There is no signage really - so it took us two phone calls to find the entrance (and we walked by it twice without knowing!). Awesome drinks, funky interior, and delicious food. The BBQ pork sliders were dive along with the... More

Southwestern food has seemingly disappeared from most menus in the USA. If you can find it now it is called New Mexican cuisine. Dick's hideaway in Phoenix is the finest New Mexican food that I have ever eaten. I had the New Mexican dinner plate with chile rellenos, grilled sweet shrimp, chicken enchiladas, charred beans, yellow rice and green and... More

This place has the same menu as Richardson's, which is excellent. The place is small and the atmosphere is fantastic. Great place for casual but intimate dining.

Very small restaurant. Not even a sign outside. Some of tables are communial. We stopped in for breakfast. Large portions of excellent bacon, fried potatoes and fried eggs. Will try it again for lunch.

amble portion, extensive authentic menu, green & red chili sauces, smoked meats from Richardson's in most asada meals, brunch has egg dishes, but other choices per a brunch menu, bloody mary's with beer shooter, mimosas $5. from a midwesterner, this was amazing food, only to be relished in AZ. will return

I came here with a relative who's a local to the area and loves this place. I ordered the salmon which was a special...the salmon itself was good but not great (it was slightly overcooked). The vegetables that come with each meal are okay but tend to be undercooked (hard) and the sweet potato stuffed pepper is also mediocre. The... More

We went on a recommendation from a friend. It was a bit hard to find this little hideaway but well worth it. Cozy back room with a fireplace and awesome margaritas. Food is HOT read the disclaimer before ordering! Excellent service and staff.

This is a little gem of a place. You could easily drive right by because the signage is so hard to spot but wow what a surprise when you enter! The entire wall behind the counter is nothing but stainless steel designed for a very serious chef. There are only a few tables but they are barely large enough to... More

After living in Phoenix for 14 years, my wife and I finally decided to try this place. Went there for a lunch on Friday afternoon - after arriving at the commercial address, we walked by the entrance a couple of times. Finally, we asked staff at one of the nearby restaurants to direct us there - the entrance is just... More
