Just had their MONA sandwich which based on their website comes with smoked salmon, except it came with pickled herring ... I have eaten many smoked salmons (good and bad), and even more herrings aka sledzie - the fish in the Mona was definitely not salmon but a herring. We had another sandwich, unfortunately both were equally unimpressive. No reason... More

The baked goods are NOT worth the calories, most of the non green salads are mayo based. The smoked salmon sandwhich I had was good. The sandwhiches are 7-9 bucks and one cookie is a buck. It's not worth the price to me. But it's very popular with downtown workers.

If you want a really big sandwich then go to Sacks. I love the tuna and the vegetable sandwich. Every sandwich comes with a chocolate chip cookie. The salads are really good also. I would definately recommend the sandwiches

Visited again, this time with teenager (critical test there...) and the teenager response was "awesome"... 50 to a 100 times better than other (franchise) restaurants. Do not expect fast food speed, but quality way more than compensates. Great place to go...don't miss it...

This sandwich shop is VERY busy and somewhat cramped...with limited seating. BUT... The sandwiches are THE BEST. It is located right by a hospital, so very busy with employees and patients. VERY flavorful sandwiches with lots of meat...

Great place to go for sandwiches, salads, and soups. They give you a free yummy cookie with your meal too! Only opened until 2 or 3 M-Sa so plan accordingly.

excellent food, yes. noisy chairs, but it's consistently good, not the fancy sit-down diner but it's buzzing with activity. there'll be a line to the door (very fast-moving) that develops about noon every weekday, as it's across from a major hospital and medical center. how can they be so consistent? perhaps because so many people have worked there for so... Has a good variety of sandwiches. Their Ruben is incredible, served warm with cold slaw in the sandwich, excellent tuna and they have great specials and tasty soups. Their iced tea is excellent in a variety of flavors, always freshly brewed. I would recommend for a quick lunch. It is noisy and often crowded.

It's okay. I'd go there again, but not as a first choice.
