I visited for lunch following a number of good recommendations. Sadly, they could not have had what I ordered. I ordered the General Tso's lunch special. I feel certain that if the illustrious general had eaten what I was served, a court martial would have been in order. The hot and sour soup was neither. It was bland. The poor... More

We had steak kew and Kung pau three delicacies. Both were superb! We were very pleased with the food and the service. Reservations are recommended especially on the weekends. There is more than ample parking and easily located at the corner of Pima Rd and Pinnacle Peak RD.

Maybe a little pricey for Chinese , but if you split a double soup and an entre there is plenty of food. Pleasant experience.

I wouldn't travel almost across the entire country to eat at this restaurant, but having already done so, I find this restaurant to be an especially good treat. The salt and pepper shrimp were great, the egg plant was really delicious, and the noodle dishes were excellent

Makes me feel like I'm eating in one of the great NY Chinese restaurants. From the Wonton soup to the spare ribs to the noodles, it's all great. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

There was a 20-30 minute wait, which isn't unusual for not having a reservation. However, when we were seated it was obvious that they were understaffed that evening. Our server was handling a party of 12, our 4-top, another 4-top, and two couples at their own tables. He apologized for the delay in service, but it wasn't his fault. The... More

I like Jade Palace alot. The huge eggrolls and War Wonton soup top the list. I like almost everything I've eaten there. If you get delivery avoid the filet dish- it doesnt travel well. Spicy beef and veggies are my go to. the fried rice is really good too.

My first visit to Jade Palace was at least good enough to make me go back again. Maybe it doesn't stand up to a few great restaurants in San Francisco's Chinatown, I didn't have anything to complain about and after several main dishes and fried rice I was satisfied. The service was slow and impersonal but the food was served... More
