Courtyard burger and great music. A definite stop while in town. It is about 40 minutes from Apatche Junction. Easy drive but mine to limits the road is windy. Great for bikes.

After taking the Dolly Steamboat cruise on nearby Canyon Lake, we traveled a little further up the road to Tortilla Flat, which appears to include only a handful of buildings; the "main drag" consists of a store and the Superstition Saloon. Unique, to say the...More

I thought my parents were crazy when they wanted to go here for lunch. Boy was I wrong. It's quite the drive but the views are incredible. I was amazed by the building, the history and the food. The waitress was so attentive and nice....More

Mount the saddles which have been turned into seats at the bar. Try to figure out exactly how many dollar bills are decorating every inch of wall. Fun for every "good old boy"......

Stopped there several times while we were in Apache junction visiting family. I was surprised to find Founders IPA there since it's brewed in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We shared a tortilla salad and it was very tasty and not real expensive. Drinks were a little...More

Food was OK - the view and atmosphere are worth the trip! This is one of our favorite areas to visit when we're around Apache Junction.

Stopped here after the Peach Festival. It was a great stop. We had very nice lunch here with burgers and salad bar. Beer on tap. Indoor & outside dining.

If you intend to drive the Apache Trail from Apache junction to the Roosevelt Dam, you find automatically Tortilla Flat on your way. It is an old stage coach stop and there is a restaurant, a gift shop and a museum. The restaurant isn't great...More

I don't think dogs are allowed on the inside, but they have a patio area outside where dogs may be allowed. I'd give them a call to double check, 480-984-1776.

I contacted the Management at Tortilla Flats and they said that "Dogs are allowed on the premise but only service dogs are allowed in the buildings and patio." Hope this helps.

The music on the patio starts Thanksgiving weekend Friday-Sunday for a pre season kickoff. The actual opening is December 26th – Easter (Weather Permitting) with the band playing from 12:00 to 4:00 PM daily.
