Easy to see why this is an expat favorite. Tucked into a narrow side street, away from the chaos of the Square, with simple, chic inside seating, as well as a little walled garden area. Menu is very limited, but the food was great in...More

Two minutes from our wonderful accommodations at Cosy Nepal... was this great little restaurant. We were up early to explore the area and also a little jet-lagged :) We were very happy with the food and service. Food was freshly prepared and coffee and masala...More

Tucked away on one of the streets leading away from the bustling Durbar Square in Patan, this cafe is part of the larger traditional guest house set-up and offers a sense of calm and peace with a little garden all to itself. Food was delicious...More

We went in the evening and were so happy to eat once inside after All the outdoor restaurants. It’s a bit expensive for Nepali-terms but the food and vibe is also more Western. Quality food and feels like a little break for the Nepali atmosphere.

Near to durbar square, Patan this cool little place really hit the right note tastebud-wise - we had a snack lunch here and it was delicious. Rest of the menu looked great too.

We stayed in the hotel and had nice breakfasts but the evening meal was boring and expensive. Service was pleasant and it was packed with ex pats rather than tourists so maybe I was unlucky.

Average food, aimed directly at tourists. Sad really that places like this get the attention they do due to a mention in a travel guide. Much more authentic, tastier food available at 20% of the price if you are prepared to eat with the locals.
