The Crstal room has a wonderful Sunday brunch offering a little bit of everything. It is absolutely perfect. The room, itself, was, origanly a big round ballroom. One can only imagine how exciting it must have been to have gone to a formal ball there in the 19th century. In the evenings, they offer a wonderful 4 course dinner requireing... More

The buffet was excellent! Plenty of food and service was excellent. They were very organized to handle the large amounts of customers. This was a fun way to enjoy Thanksgiving while in Eureka Springs!

Beautiful dining room, Alison is terrific. You can't go wrong with whatever you order. Try the French toast for breakfast - Yum.

The service was excellent. We liked the waitress. But the food is only so-so, especially considering the price.

The title of the review says it all. Food quality, preparation and selection was poor. The waitress was very attentive, apologetic and kind

We made a reservation for the 11:30 Sunday Brunch. There's a long line and no sign to indicate you can advance to the front if you have a reservation. Luckily, we went to the front to ask if we needed to wait in line. The brunch was more quantity than quality. The food was average. The mimosas are included, but... More

We ate here for two breakfasts. First I had the buffet, which was nothing more than an average hotel buffet. Then I had the French toast, which I would recommend. It was very good and cost less than the buffet.

the Crystal Dining room is very pretty. Super high ceilings, wood floors and fantastic tall windows. We had the breakfast buffet the first morning and it was tasty. The next morning I had the stuffed french toast off the menu and it was also tasty. And I so loved the bright sunny setting and the friendly staff....

Food was awesome, I don't like the drive from Rogers to Eureka Springs, but it was nice to be surprised for Dinner being there. Menu has unique items, not really a place for kids, IMHO. On Main Floor, with ramp on outside if you can't do stairs. Try it as a date night or family trip to Eureka Springs

The staff is very friendly and the food is above expectations! The dining room is beautiful. They are even open to the public not just hotel guests.

Thank Jenny B
