We booked Taffes castle for a BBQ and then reserved and area upstairs in the disco bar. Although the staff were lovely to deal with the BBQ was not great and we were rushed out of the room, which was freezing! We brought our drinks to the bar, asked for a manager...no one was in charge. We were not offered a refund, not asked for our contact... More

Really cute with open fire. Enjoyed a hot toddy, G&T and played cards near the fire as locals chatted at the bar

Great night and a warm welcome for our large party on the Sunday following a wedding. A few sore heads and a lot of belly laughing to be had by all! Great place!
