Late breakfast during the Christmas break. Food was spot-on and arrived freshly cooked and quite quickly given that it was past breakfast serving time. Staff were friendly & helpful. Lovely log fires burning in bar & restaurant. Worth going off the dual carriageway for, even if you're westbound and have to go beyond it to exit 15.

Was here between Christmas and new year (2016). Our food was fine except for the the soft tomatoes they must have been using up! Our food had a full tomato with each garnish! Which would have been nice had they been fresh! I had soup which was gorgeous and a burger which was tasty even if over cooked. My friend... More

We stopped here for a breakfast with my husband here few weeks ago ( were lazy to cook at home) and then just few days ago with our friends. The place is ok. Not super pretty, but still kinda warming and welcoming. We had full Irish -it was lovely. Second time we arrived after 12 and they still made it... More

I dine here regularly and I am always welcomed with a friendly face and a genuine wish to satisfy customers. Well worth a visit if you're passing by and hungry.

Passing on way to Dublin fri Dec 2nd and stopped in for breakfast at around 10 am. Very unfriendly waitress approached the table , didn't say a word not even hello, not a hint of a smile, stood there with her notepad and pen and wrote down the order and off she went. She had about 4 tables of 2... More

We stopped here for lunch on our way home to Wexford from Leitrim with 2 adults & 2 children, 7 & 11. The restaurant has a large car park which was ideal for our touring caravan & the venue is spotless. Kids menu is reasonably priced with a good selection. Service was friendly & efficient. We enjoyed the steak sizzler,... More

Waitress was lovely and very helpful but the food was probably the worst I have ever been served. Nothing is fresh. Everything came out of a freezer and was bunged in the deep fat fryer. Such a pity. Wild horses couldn't drag me back.
