A very busy locals tapas bar, (and restaurant out the back). Quick service and with a good selection of meat, fish and seafood tapas. You know you’re in Spain when you’re in here. Definitely worth a visit.

We passed by this place a couple of times but were not drawn in - looked too busy, cafe style tables and chairs, not particularly attractive etc. However after checking Best Tapas Bars section of Tripadvisor, we decided to give it a go. We ate...More
It's noisy, it's crowded, it's nigh on impossible to get a seat but this is a GREAT tapas bar. The food is excellent, it feels really Spanish as there are more locals than tourists (who presumably eat in the terrace part). Stay at the front...More

Fantastic tapas bar in the centre of Nerja. Always busy, with locals and travellers who know where to go for great tapas, and seafood and very reasonable prices. Nice large patio out the back so don't get put off if it looks packed out -...More
This is the busiest restaurant in Nerja, and with good reason...its hugely popular with locals and tourists alike. As you stroll up "post office street" you will notice an increase in noise on the right, which reaches a peak when level with this restaurant.. on...More
Had a great meal here, service very friendly - we sat on the rear terrace which was spacious and comfortable. Ordered the Fritura Mixta of assorted fried seafood, very good indeed ! The grilled squid was also awesome
El Pulguilla is nestled in a side street, just off the main square of Nerja, and appears to be a very popular place both for tourists and locals alike. But it was a tourist, (an Englishman looking to buy property in the immediate area), who...More
