Curro and Rafael that you meet at Anca Curro delivers the best food there is, especially if you like meat, in Tarifa. This place has there own live cattle up in the casino and when the food is served on your plates you understand the meaning of good quality food. It's nothing but excellent! Locals hang out here and of... More

Spanish atmosphere, the bar is full of corrida's picture and pending hams. It was crowdy so we had a sit on the road close to the door. We took 8 glasses of wine (6 tinto, 2 blanco fino), some good tapas. No table service. We paid 76,50€. Pretty scary :(

Was there with friends. Had to squeeze in, but was worth it. Especially the "Solo mio"-dish was mind-blowingly delicious! The owner appears to be a former torrero; the place is decorated with lots of torrero-related stuff. Very nice, cosy yet lively atmosphere.

This place is awesome! The food was excellent and the atmosphere too.. We had very good Tapas! The place is all related to bulls and Toreros with plenty of pictures of glories from the past.. I strongly reccomend anybody to stop by if you step in Tarifa.

Recommended to us, we were NOT disappointed. A small family run bar and restaurant. The restaurant tables are situated in the middle of a single track cobbled street. The menu is simple but the quality and quantity of the food coming from the tiny kitchen was amazing. The owner breeds his own pigs and the menu is heavily influenced by... More

Was recommended by a friend and really glad I went! Was coming fRom beach early Friday evening but casual atmosphere just perched at the end of the bar and felt very comfortable. Had couple of glasses of house white verdejo very good. Tapas of I think pork scratchings came but they tasted so good i didn't care what they were!... More

The owner breeds his own pigs and they end up on the menu here, As a piscotarian, there was not a lot for me, but having said that, I had some grilled asparagus, which was a lovely change as green veg rarely feature on menus in Spain!

We go there every time we visit Tarifa. It's our favourite place to eat in the world. Not a classic fine dining experience but the flavours and atmosphere are superb. At weekends the "other one" on the main road is open and everything is the same - with the addition of some authentic Andalucian flamenco.
