The ice cream here is wonderful, it never ever fails to impress and you can't get bored due to the wide array of flavours.

If in Seaham you must stop at the Lickety Split Ice Cream Parlor. Great choice and fun decor, usually a little crowded.

Its a good venture and has established itself well selling unusual and varied ice cream of a good standard in a setting that can become overcrowded quite easily. Does draw people in so credit to them for putting it there where you would probably not...More

The staff are lovely and the sundaes are spectacular, but sadly, standards are slipping. The general appearance of the place is grubby, the counter tops on which the staff were serving the ice cream were dirty, the cutlery was sticky (it took three attempts to...More

Chocolate overload and cherry lee Lewis were our choices. Yummy but make sure you're not in a hurry, the service was a little in the slow side to the point where a couple of people walked out

Not happy about the response to a dog coming into restaurant ! Doesnt matter if the dog is friendly or not its about hygiene and peoples phobias. I actually have serious allergy problems and dont expect to come across animals in eating establishments ! It was actually my sister who said it was ok ! I was extremely anxious, what should I have done, kicked up a huge fuss when I was there cause I was actually suppressing a panic attack !!

We are a 1950s all american ice cream parlour selling top grade ices and award winning dishes, award winning fairtrade coffee and lovely hotdogs at reasonable prices. We are not the cheapest but if you want quality then we are number 1. A family owned business we were the first of its kind in the North East and are still the peoples choice for this type of thing. Queues can be long at peak times (1-5 on weekends and school holidays) so please come prepared. off peak times are 10am until 1pm where you may not need queue of queue for less.
