Visited on 7th January and thoroughly enjoyed one of their extensive range of pancakes with beer & wine. Excellent meal, good service in the cabin of the last cargo vessel to unload in Wells next the Sea

Last time we were here in this wonderful quirky pub on a boat, there were Irish Folk songs that everyone sang along to and the atmosphere was electric. Much less busy this time, a lovely singer performing but very much in the background. Tried some food - good soup and ENORMOUS pancakes - could only manage half. The day was... More

There are 3 Real Ales to choose from served direct from the barrel on top of the bar. The beer temperature in winter is fine, but the place ought to invest... More

We really enjoyed our pancakes in this unusual setting. Having a drink and watching the sunset was quite magical and the waitress was lovely.

We went mainly for the live music on a Friday evening and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The food choices are limited but everything was well cooked, filling and good value.

We enjoyed a few beers whilst talking to the friendly staff and there was even a very talented younge lady singing one afternoon. All this plus the novelty that your on a... More

The Albatros deserves to be high in the list of reviews because it is so different and should be celebrated. We visited on a very chilly day in November after a lovely walk at Holkham Bay. We braved the deck at first to enjoy the lovely views as dusk descended, then retreated to the warm and cosy interior. Between us... More
