Excellent food, good friendly service. We reserved a table but could choose a different one if we wanted and dog friendly too ! Everything looks fresh and definitely not from mass produced suppliers . . . . . You can try the local Palmers Brewery ale - one pint in thirds of their 3 ales , brilliant if driving. You... More

We arrived at Lime late afternoon and because we had a drink there in the past we thought we would try the food. It wasn't very busy and the staff were very friendly especially the young lady that served us, I had the scallops and my wife had the prawn sandwich both were very nice, the scallops were plump and... Just finished a two day B&B stay here. Just lovely! Comfy, clean rooms, wonderful breakfasts, friendly, welcoming service, and great value for a well above average experience. We were very satisfied customers, and will definitely be coming back. The restaurant does wonderful food, traditional classics, but really well cooked and nicely presented, with generous portions; the mussels and fish stew... More

We had a few meals here but the ploughman's lunch was one of our favourite. If you like good cheese and real Branston pickle with a lovely crusty roll, this is a great place to go. Other meals we had there were excellent as well. Always busy, great service and friendly people.

The food is absolutely incredible here. You get massive portions - cooked to perfection and its all locally sourced. The staff are very lovely, welcoming and accommodating. I can't recommend this restaurant more highly. Very very good value for money, you won't be disappointed!

Great value tasty food, good choice of dishes on the menu. Pudding menu looked good but no space left after the main meal to try . Would definitely visit again

The food was good with big portions, however nothing exceptional. I had some linguine with seafood, which were good although "optimised for locals" - e.g. a bit overcooked for Italian standards and cut into pieces to make it easier to eat it with a fork. My wife had the fish of the day which was fresh and correctly cooked.

This must have once been the fishermen's haunt because it is right on the harbour with lovely views. We only stopped in for a drink but the staff were welcoming, everything nice and clean, and those gorgeous views out into the harbour and of the Cobb. It was small but pretty, and they had a pool table squeezed in too.... More

Despite the seafood sharing platter not being available, we all enjoyed the fish and chips that we ate here. One of the group had mussels and a bowl of chips - both were huge dishes!

We sat at a table by the window and watched the boats in the harbour. We had fish and chips and the fish was really fresh which was a treat. The food was freshly cooked to order and the service was good, the staff were very friendly.
