At the back of the Post Office with a nice dog friendly garden. Interesting antique and fossil stalls to weave through on the way. When you get there you have a splendid traditional English cafe, excellent spot.

I always visit Penny Black on my annual trip to Lyme. I was surprised to learn that Hattie is no longer the owner as the family were always very welcoming. However, the cafe hasn't lost any of its appeal and the new owners seems to...More

We went here on a weekend based on the trip advisor reviews. Bad idea! The cafe is hidden at the back of the post office. The cafe is very small with a lot of random tat everywhere. The place seemed unclean and drinks are served...More
