We had heard a lot about The Three Choirs vineyard tours, restaurant ( and accommodations, which we did not sample). Lets start with the vineyard tour: efficiently bookable, reasonably informative presentation until the video bit which broke down incessantly. The wine tasting was not a...More

Having been earlier in the year for a tour and lunch I was looking for somewhere special and remembered the Three Choirs. Booked table on line, had the opportunity to note egg allergy and received reminder on the am. Receptionist was very thorough and helpful...More

Visited with friends for a recent Sunday lunch and absolutely no complaints. The menu was comprehensive and portion sizes for the main roast dinners were more than adequate. Quality of food was excellent and three courses cost £25.50, so reasonable. Staff were friendly without being...More

We were very happy with the whole experience at the Three Choirs Restaurant. Well appointed dining room with great views over the vineyard. The food was very good, with bags of flavour, definitely a proficient chef in the kitchen not a 'cook', imaginative starters, and...More

I'm not great at guessing what should have been written in the menu but was missing and this restaurant proved it to me. Several dishes were good in parts but overall the plates were let down (often by the main event). My starter of warm...More

Fantastic food. Evening meal with friends and cannot fault the food at all. Cooked to perfection and such complimentary flavours. The service was great, not rushed, not fussy, just right. Only feedback really would be the choice of music - having American rock playing in...More

Booked for my partner's birthday, the food was lovely - to start seafood platter for 2 with a bottle of their bubbles, then fillet steak for him and lamb for me. Food was very yummy - my lamb was perhaps just a bit rare for...More

We took a package, a tour of the vineyard followed by lunch. The restaurant is a pleasant place to eat, with windows and tables overlooking the vineyard. The melted Camembert starter was excellent, if a little too large. For the main we chose the lamb...More

I'm not sure but inform the staff as soon as you check in.. Monday is usually chef's night off, hence the limited "supper menu" but the team there are really helpful, I am sure they can sort something out for you. Enjoy... More

Description
The sybarites among you may well have heard of Gloucestershire's Three Choirs vineyard, England's most noted wine producer. And if you're loving the wine, you'll be rather excited to hear that you can dine among the vines too. The Three choirs restaurant is as English as you'd expect from one of the biggest local names on the shop shelves. Burgandy red walls surround black leather seating, tartan upholstered bucket chairs and brick pillars, a mix of classic and modern which touches on the eccentric. Head Chef Darren Leonard has created a menu which ensures that your experience is as much about the dining as the drinking - thoroughly British and totally indulgent.
