My family had meals at El Remo 6 out of the seven days we stayed in Margarita..thinking the price would be far out of reach we read the menu carefully ...the price was surprisingly affordable as this placed looked like expensive fine dining only...Surprise number...two the staff were so welcoming and helpful...we had our own special waiter Ramon most days...the food was great especially the Spanish rice....the Sopa del Mar, and the linguini pasta..(.these people could cook)..We enjoyed every day on the island..and every meal we had at El Remo, which was prepared while you waited, whether it was lunch or dinner the meal was great.More

I read a lot about this restaurant but it was recommended by a local. I had the lobster and shared a sea food mix plate. The food was good and well presented and prepared... Pricing was higher for Margarita standards, but their service was excellent....I would recommend if you're a seafood lover and, there were many other dishes to entice your palette..More

We had to wait more than a hour to get a table. The food is simple and basic and some have no taste at all. It is definitely not a pleasant experience...

This place is onbe of my favorites in Margarita Island. I have visited this place for years, since very young, and I have never been disappointed with their food. Also, their prices are very accesible for the food they serve.

This restaurant is one of the most popular places to eat in Porlamar, Margarita Island in Venezuela. They always have fresh fish and seafood dishes, also paella and spanish rice with seafoood. Some of the best fish or seafood are a little expensive. Good service....Very noisy specially at noon, best time to visit after 2 pm.More

Has the same owners as "Punto Criollo" and "Lugar de Encuentro" in Porlamar, the food choice varies between the three but is equally good, so is the service. Moderate to high prices, but only compared to the average Venezuelan restaurant with much lower quality of...food and "service".More
